Preparing for your appointment.

• For your safety, please do not wear contact lenses to your appointment. Wearing contact lenses to your appointment is a health and safety risk as they can dry or melt due to the fumes. Once your appointment is completed it is safe to wear your contact lenses.

• We ask you to silence your phone before your appointment. You will not be able to answer any calls or respond to messages as cellphone usage will interrupt your appointment.

• Please expect to lie down for 3-4 hours for your appointment. Minx will not rush your appointment in order to ensure a positive experience and exemplary lash work.

• No caffeine before your appointment due to caffeine causing eye twitching that will interrupt your appointment.

• Dress comfortably for your appointment.

• Please arrive with a fresh and clean face mascara. No eyeliner. No makeup. No face creams. No face serums. No oils. No sunscreen. All these products can break down the glue and we will not be able to achieve proper lash application.
