Minx Cancellation/No Show Policies:

By booking an appointment with Minx. You hereby agree to the terms and conditions.

  • PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY PRIOR BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT.

  • Your appointments are very important to Minx. They are reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. Therefore, we respectfully request at least a 48-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments.

  • Please understand that when you forget, cancel, or change your appointment without giving enough notice. We miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our wait list miss the opportunity to receive services.

  • Please be advised of our 48-hour Cancellation/No-Show policy. If your appointment is canceled less than 48 hours prior to your appointment, 50% of your booked services will be auto-charged to the pre-authorized card provided in your file.

  • Please be advised of our 48-hour Cancellation/No-Show policy. If you are a no-show, 100% of your booked services will be auto-charged to the pre-authorized card provided in your file.

  • All deposits are non-refundable, non-transferable, and may not be transferred to be used for a different service than what the deposit was originally given to be used for.
