By booking an appointment with Minx. You hereby agree to our terms and conditions.
Please read our cancellation/no-show policy prior to booking your appointment.
A credit card is required to book an appointment. Your card will only be charged for a deposit upon booking. If you are a no-show or cancel your appointment without at least 48 hours’ notice. In this case, you will be charged a percentage of the cost of the services scheduled.
A deposit is required for all appointments. This ensures that we can hold your spot and limits the number of last-minute cancellations. The deposit is applied to your service total.
All appointments have a 10-minute grace period. Regardless, any late arrival will shorten your appointment time and will not be made up by running into the next client’s scheduled appointment.
An appointment reminder is sent 48 hours before the scheduled appointment to verify the appointment status. Please be sure to confirm your appointment once this reminder is received.
It is mutually understood that if a cancellation is due to circumstances beyond any of our control, such as a power outage, or weather that requires us to have to cancel or be closed during regular business hours, we will reschedule your existing appointment and no discount or extra charges will apply.
